I have always been interested in working with wood from an early age.
I came from a long line of woodturners back to my great grandfather and father was a woodturner.
Back in 2018 I decided to dust off my fathers’ lathe and try my hand at woodturning, will I lived it and have not looked back.
My passion is turning fine delicate work and ornamental creations from bowls, vases and lidded boxes to lamps.
I love using new fresh wood and letting it dry into its own shape. I have also started dabbling in colour, patterns and pyrography giving the creations more life.
I am also involved in the local woodturners club and enjoy sharing and learning from other woodturners. It’s just like a family, everyone helping each other.
