Jennifer Cook-Battersby

I work as a full time artist from my home-based studio and gallery. Oil painting is my medium of choice; however, I also like to work with ink, acrylic, watercolour, gouache, charcoal, texture mediums and encaustic (hot wax) and have dabbled in the print world.

I hold Wine & Design events in my studio, which have been popular for artists and non-artists, plus groups wanting to have a new experience and fun together. Head to my website for more information.

I have designed artwork for merchandise that is currently in production and have worked on design projects for various businesses and organisations, establishing design/decorating portfolios.

With over 20 years’ painting experience, I’m a galleried professional artist. I exhibit regularly throughout New Zealand; my work hangs in public and private collections both nationally and internationally.
